- Property and usage information -details about your roof, existing solar or battery system, and electricity usage, used to prepare an accurate quote.
- Payment information -when you pay via bank transfer or our Stripe payment link, Stripe processes and stores your card details directly; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Referral details -the name and contact details of a friend you refer to us through our Refer A Friend program.
- Communications -records of calls, emails and messages between you and our team, including for training and quality purposes.
- Technical information -standard website usage data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you browse our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare and provide solar and battery quotes, and design a system suited to your property.
- Schedule and carry out site assessments, installations and servicing.
- Process payments and manage your account with us.
- Handle STC (Small-scale Technology Certificate) rebate paperwork and other government rebate or approval processes on your behalf.
- Administer our Refer A Friend program, including contacting referred friends and paying referral bonuses.
- Respond to enquiries, provide customer support, and manage warranty or service requests.
- Send you relevant updates or offers, where you have not opted out of marketing communications.
- Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We only share personal information where it’s necessary to deliver our services, including with:
- CEC-accredited installers and subcontractors carrying out your installation or service work.
- Payment processors, including Stripe, to process online card payments securely.
- Our CRM, email and website hosting providers, who help us manage enquiries and communications.
- Government bodies and agencies, such as the Clean Energy Regulator, where required to process STC rebates or meet compliance obligations.
- Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) and authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
