Terms of Service

Package pricing and specifications shown on our website are indicative starting points. Your final quote is confirmed only after a free site assessment covering your roof condition, shading, orientation and switchboard capacity, and may vary based on what that assessment finds.

We accept payment by direct bank transfer or securely online via Stripe.

• A 2% surcharge applies to payments made online via Stripe, to cover card processing fees.
• When paying by bank transfer, please include your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match your payment promptly.
• Any deposit and payment schedule will be set out in your individual quote or invoice.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for site assessments, installation and any follow-up service work. Installation timing may depend on grid connection approvals, weather, and other factors outside our control, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

Solar panels are covered by a 25-year panel performance guarantee, with separate product and inverter warranties depending on the brand selected -full terms are outlined in your quote. Our installation workmanship is separately guaranteed. Warranty claims are managed by our team on your behalf; see our Service & Maintenance page for how to raise one.

You may request to cancel or amend an order before installation begins by contacting our team. Where work, materials or third-party approvals have already been arranged, cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred, which we’ll always discuss with you first.

Our Refer A Friend program pays a $100 bonus for each successful referral once the referred customer’s solar or battery system is fully installed and their final payment has been processed. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Full program details are available on our Refer A Friend page, and we may update or end the program at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunsolar Solutions’ liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to resupplying the affected service or the cost of doing so. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on this website -including text, images, logos and package designs -is owned by or licensed to Sunsolar Solutions and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
